Scope of Work includes construction of drainage and paving facilities in Beckendorff & Pitts Road Culvert Extension. Sealed Bids addressed to Quiddity Engineering, LLC, Attention Blair M. Bozoarth, PE., will be received until 10:30 a.m. Local Time, Friday, April 24, 2026, and then publicly opened and read at 2322 West Grand Parkway North, Suite 150, Katy, Texas 77449 for "Construction of Drainage & Paving Facilities in Beckendorff & Pitts Road Culvert Extension for Harris-Waller Counties Municipal Utility District No. 4, Harris County, Texas." Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. If a certified cashier's check is provided, the successful bidder shall deliver, at the bid opening address, the original certified or cashier's check within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the bid opening.
