Site work and new construction of a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The work includes construction of one gravel packed well with foundation; fill line tie-ins to two existing galvanized bolted steel ground storage tanks; removal of an existing generator; installation of one natural gas generator; modifications to existing disinfection equipment; plant piping; electrical instruments and control work including service; protective coatings; site grading and drainage; drainage swales; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. Question Deadline 06/15/2026 at 11:00 AM CT In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. All questions shall be submitted online through the question and answer section. Questions will not be considered after , three (3) calendar days prior to bidding. Award is subject to final approval.
