The City of Richmond Heights, Ohio is requesting proposals to provide professional Architectural/Engineering Services for a New Service Department Facility Project located at 26260 Chardonview Drive, Richmond Heights, Ohio. The selected firm will provide all necessary services for the design, construction documents, bid and award, and construction administration of the project. The project involves partial demolition of the existing Service Center and construction of new buildings and facilities for the city's Service Department offices and operations. Firms are to submit proposals including their qualifications, relevant technical training, education, experience of key personnel and consultants, prior experience with similar projects, and their approach to the scope of work. Written proposals and interviews will form the basis of evaluation. One sealed hard copy and one electronic copy of the proposal must be submitted.
