The City of Richmond Heights (City) seeks qualified contractors to submit bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, traffic control and incidentals necessary to perform sidewalk repair and replacement services as directed by the City through individual Task Orders. The selected contractor shall perform sidewalk repair and replacement services at specific times and locations as set forth in each Task Order. Work may include, but is not limited to the following: Removal and disposing of existing concrete sidewalks and associated materials; Saw-cutting, excavation, and preparation of the sub-grade; Installing new concrete sidewalks, where directed; Concrete grinding to eliminate trip hazards; Partial-depth and full-depth concrete repairs; Crack repair and control joint repair, where approved by the City; Root grinding or pruning, when authorized by the City; o Restoration of lawn areas, including topsoil, seed or sod; and Site clean-up and disposal of all debris upon completion of work.
