The project includes: 10,127 SF of concrete walk, 992 SY of roadway rehabilitation, 0.2 miles of new pavement markings, 679 SY of brick gutter restoration, and 2,373 LF of underdrain installation. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked, addressed to the City Manager, and received before the designated opening time. Bidders may be asked for references and further details to assess responsibility, experience, skill, and financial standing. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the relevant work types and perform at least 30% of the total bid amount.
