SOUTH SUPPLY LINE PHASE 3, PROJECT 26-U-006, is open for bid. All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked SOUTH SUPPLY LINE PHASE 3 and be addressed to the City Clerks Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, to be received by no later than 3:00 PM, Arizona time on April 29, 2026. A complete copy of the IFB, including specifications, instructions, and any amendments, may be obtained by visiting the City of Bullhead City website or the Public Purchase website to download the bid document. Brief procedural questions may be submitted to Jacklyn Renfroe, Administrative Analyst. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email to Norman Bogenschild and received no later than April 15, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. Only those plan holders registered with the City of Bullhead City will receive any modifications to the plans, specifications, bid documents, and any notices issued during bidding. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto. The Project involves the installation of approximately 4700 feet of 16-inch transmission main per drawings and specifications. This project also includes an additive alternative to install approximately 1450 feet of 10-inch distribution main per plans and specifications. The alternative is to be installed in the same trench as the transmission main.
