The project is for the removal of the median and paving on SR 95 from Central Avenue to Ricardo Avenue, identified as Project No. 26-PW-003. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of their bid in a sealed envelope marked for the project and addressed to the City Clerk's Office, City of Bullhead City, Arizona. Bids must be received by the specified deadline. Interested parties can obtain specifications, instructions, and any amendments from the City of Bullhead City or Public Purchase websites. Any technical questions must be submitted in writing to the designated Administrative Analyst by the deadline. Only registered plan holders will receive updates or modifications to the plans, specifications, and bid documents during the bidding process. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereof. Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email to Casey Lemmons, and received no later than Question deadline January 23, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
