Project Description: The Project involves the drilling of one new potable production well for the Bullhead City public water supply system, installation of a 20" casing, test pumping the well to determine capacity and pulling new source approval water samples. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City Clerk's office on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope with the Project Name and the bidder's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope. All bids must be completed in ink or typewritten on the form contained within the specifications titled Invitation for Bid.
