Question Deadline 09/08/2025 at 10:00 AM MT Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email to Casey Lemmons. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto Project Description: The project consists of the construction of a continuous right turn on SR 95 from Marina Boulevard to North Oatman Road in Bullhead City, Arizona. Bids must be in the actual possession of the City Clerk's office on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances.
