Site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bullhead City, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,250-square-foot transportation facility; for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The Project scope of work includes construction of an 8-Unit Nested T-Hangar Building near the south end of the General Aviation (GA) Apron. The total Project area is approximately 4,830 square yards and is paved with asphalt concrete (AC) pavement. Specific Project features include: o Removal of aircraft tie down anchors. o Full depth removal of AC pavement. o Unclassified excavation and subgrade preparation. o Construction of an 8-Unit Nested T-Hangar Building with a pre-engineered steel frame, enclosed with a metal panel wall and insulated roof system, electric bi-fold doors, overhead doors, and a concrete slab floor. Structural engineering design of the foundation and building are deferred design submittals provided by the Contractor's building manufacturer and structural engineer. o Installation of an electric service with individually metered units and subpanels in each unit, interior and exterior lighting and receptacles. o Construction of a trench drain, junction structure, reinforced concrete pipe, and flared end section. o Construction of a Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) apron surrounding the building. o Construction of a PCC valley gutter. o Construction of an AC surface course. o Application of pavement markings.
