**As of October 9th, 2025, the project was awarded to Perco Rock Company , with an awarded amount of $474,910.62.** Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be submitted in writing or by email to Casey Lemmons, and received no later than September 8, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. Brief procedural questions may be submitted to Casey Lemmons, Administrative Analyst, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442 (928) 763-9400 ext. 8500, FAX (928) 763-0131 or by email at clemmons@bullheadcityaz.gov, and responded to informally. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to the IFB. City of Bullhead City will receive any modification to the plans, specifications and bid documents and any notices that are issued during bidding. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto. Bid Bond: 10% Payment Bond: 100% Performance Bond: 100% Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a certified or cashier's check made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid submitted. Project Completion Date: 90 Calendar days or less after Notice to Proceed A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project
