The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is issuing a Notice of Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") and conducting a competitive process to retain a firm to provide the City with professional assessment engineering services for the LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES ROTARY PARK. Brief procedural questions concerning this RFQ can be directed in writing to Edigar Kajirwa, Assistant City Manager at ekajirwa@bullheadcityaz.gov. Questions regarding the substance of this RFQ must be in writing by email and received by Edigar Kajirwa no later than May 16, 2025, at 3:00 PM, Arizona Time. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the RFQ. The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
