Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as "Gilead Township Road 75 & State Route 61 Intersection Improvement." Each bidder must submit their proposal in a sealed envelope marked clearly with the project name. Bidders are required to provide a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Ohio law. Each proposal must include the full name of the submitting parties, evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates. All contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor as much as practicable. The project is to be completed no later than August 1, 2026. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
