Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hemlock, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Perry County Commissioners intend to contract for architectural and engineering services for the PY 25 Hemlock CI Project, which consists of fire facilities improvements in the Village of Hemlock. The work will include the installation of 7 fire hydrants throughout the Village and an upgrade of the existing water line from three inch diameter to six inch diameter PVC pipes, totaling approximately 3,800 linear feet. The new water line will provide the necessary volume and pressure for the hydrants to function effectively. The architecture and engineering scope includes project design, preparation of bidding specifications and drawings, review of bids, participation in pre- and post-construction meetings, construction oversight as required, and securing all necessary permits. Bidders should submit separate proposals for each project of interest and state the time required to have the project designed and ready to bid after the commencement of the architectural/engineering contract.
