Initiating Organization: Engineering District 11-0 Agreement Type: Project Specific 100% State Funded: No Services Requested: Design and Misc Services Part 1 Location Description State Route/Section Beaver County 4012/B11 Part Name: PE for SR 4012, Section B11 Project Description: Preliminary engineering services for the replacement of the structure carrying Bradys Run Road over an unnamed tributary to South Branch Brady Run (BMS 04-4012-0040-1517, BRKEY 3743) in South Beaver Township, Beaver County. Design services may include, but not be limited to: quality development plan, research of background drawings/information and required permits, ASTA scheduling, field survey, public involvement and third party coordination, environmental documentation, preliminary E&S control plan, preliminary geotechnical investigation/engineering, right-of-way (ROW) investigation and plan preparation, subsurface utility engineering (SUE), utility coordination, constructability/maintainability review, safety review, line and grade, Design Field View (DFV), hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) study/report, preliminary type, size, and location (TS&L), preliminary maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) evaluation, and construction cost estimates. Anticipated NTP: 07/01/2026 Project Time: Day Time Part 2 Location Description State Route/Section Beaver County 4012/B11 Part Name: FD for SR 4012, Section B11 Project Description: Final design services may include, but not be limited to: quality development plan, preparing and securing approval for all required permits, ASTA pre-bid construction schedule, supplemental survey, public involvement and third party coordination, geotechnical reports, potential for right-of-way negotiation and acquisition services, utility coordination, constructability/maintainability review, safety review, final TS&L, construction cost estimates, final plans (roadway, cross sections, E&S, ROW, structure, traffic control, signing and pavement marking, etc.), and a Plans, Specifications & Estimate (PS&E) package.
