LUC-CR10-5.4 The services include preparation of construction contract plans for a project on Laskey Road over Shantee Creek, approximately 300 feet West of the Laskey Rd. and Bennett Rd. intersection, consisting of complete rehabilitation and sealing the joints and exposed reinforcing steel by lining dual 84 inch conduits with lengths of 115 feet and 134 feet. Additional work includes reconstruction of the adjacent catch basin, headwall repairs and pavement repairs. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
