The work consists of the replacement of the West Water Storage Tank for the City of Henryetta/Henryetta Municipal Authority, including: one 1.00 MG wire or strand wound prestressed concrete water storage tank (57'-10" x 51' SWD); installation of 13,529 linear feet of 12" PVC C900 DR-18 waterline; 2,469 linear feet of directional bore and installation of 6" PE SDR 11 waterline; 13 each 12" gate valve and box; and 2 each 12" check valve vault. Bidders are required to comply with Labor Standards Contract Provisions. A bid bond amounting to 5% of the total bid must be attached. The successful bidder must enter into contract and file required bonds within ten days of notice of award. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 45 days after bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or technicalities. Specifications are available at Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc., and electronically for a non-refundable payment. Contractors must obtain plans and specifications from the Engineer's office and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to qualify as eligible bidders. This project is financed by a FAP Bond loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board. Compliance is required with regulations including "Equal Opportunity in Employment" and Presidential Executive Order No. 11246, as amended. Proposals and any modifications must be received at the designated office by the specified time; late proposals will not be considered.
