Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Linden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Complete alterations to the lower-level Storage Room at School #1 for the purpose of creating a new Small Group Instructional classroom. A new door will be created to access the space from the hallway and the existing doors to the boiler room and custodial office will be infilled. Existing exterior openings will be repurposed to accommodate new windows. The space will receive new finishes, lighting and HVAC throughout. Doc Note: Checks should be sent to REVplans at 28 Church Street, Unit 7, Warwick, NY 10990. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. Please note REV plans Online ) is the designated location and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. Only those Contract Documents obtained in this manner will enable a prospective bidder to be identified as an official plan holder of record. The Provider takes no responsibility for the completeness of Contract Documents obtained from other sources. Contract Documents obtained from other sources may not be accurate or may not contain addenda that may have been issued. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at Online. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Question Deadline 04/17/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Last day to submit RFI's to be answered. Addenda, if needed, will be issued on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to the maximum extent of its lawful discretion. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any minor informality in the bidding process in accordance with the law, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, if it is in the best interest of the Owner. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner.
