Complete alterations to the lower-level Storage Room at School #1 for the purpose of creating a new Small Group Instructional classroom. A new door will be created to access the space from the hallway and the existing doors to the boiler room and custodial office will be infilled. Existing exterior openings will be repurposed to accommodate new windows. The space will receive new finishes, lighting and HVAC throughout.
