Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Racine, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 04/22/2026 Bidders must be prequalified by the Commissioner of Public Works. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening. The work under this contract includes removing asphaltic over brick and/or concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, repairing and adjusting manholes and catch basins, storm sewer construction, Portland cement concrete pavement and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. The work on this contract is located on the following streets in the City of Racine Harvey Drive - West Blvd. to Rupert Blvd. Shelley Drive - West Blvd. to Harvey Drive Valley Drive - Washington Avenue north to Round-a-bout (no work in round-a-bout on this contract) This project will remove existing asphalt over concrete pavements and replace with new concrete pavement, new curb & gutter, driveways, and sidewalk. Storm and sanitary improvements will be done as well. Pre-Qualification: Yes
