Project Description The Racine County Public Safety Building project consists of the renovation and expansion of the existing Sheriff Patrol facility to support modern public safety operations and long-term departmental needs. Work includes interior renovations to upgrade operational spaces, evidence processing, offices, and supporting infrastructure, along with construction of (2) new Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs) that will house vehicle storage, specialty fleet, and related public safety functions. The project also incorporates site improvements, utility upgrades, and circulation enhancements to improve safety and operational efficiency. All work must be executed within an active law-enforcement campus, requiring careful coordination, phased construction, secure access control, and close collaboration with Racine County stakeholders to maintain uninterrupted daily operations.
