The Contractor shall provide all equipment, personnel, and labor required to perform semi-annual inspections, maintenance, and repairs for five existing aircraft sunshades. Work includes inspection, maintenance, and repair of structural components, metal roofing, lighting systems, electrical systems, bird nesting mitigation measures, lightning protection systems, obstruction lighting, safety reflective devices, fall protection systems, and any other uniquely attached features, as applicable. At a minimum, the Contractor shall inspect for, report, document, and repair identified discrepancies, including but not limited to inherent structural weaknesses, corrosion, improper installation, design defects, electrical defects, weather- or turbulence-related damage, improper use, destruction, and signs or evidence of electrical, structural, or mechanical failure. Additional discrepancies include severed components, evidence of stress, buckling, or fatigue, missing or loose hardware, wildlife intrusion, and any other deficiencies not otherwise listed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
