Renovation of a municipal facility in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000419659 The project is for the installation of six (6) new decorative entrance lights for the Cherry Crest neighborhood in Greenwood Village. There are three entrances to this neighborhood. Two (2) decorative lights will be installed at each entrance for a total of six (6) decorative entrance lights. The decorative light fixtures will be furnished to the contractor by the City of Greenwood Village for installation as part of this project. For any and all work performed as part of this project, the Contractor shall comply with all construction standards set forth in the City of Greenwood Village Design and Construction Standards, City of Greenwood Village Zoning Code, and /or CDOT Specifications. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes If this project is subject to the bid bond requirement, each Bidder shall submit a certified check, cashiers check or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid amount before the City can consider the Bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to make final determination in the event of duplications.
