Reference Number 0000419934 This opportunity is to establish an On-Call Professional Development Services Contract to support Denver International Airport (DEN) and its Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) in advancing workforce and leadership development initiatives aligned with Vision 100. The on-call contract will create a pre-qualified pool of contractors to deliver a range of professional services that strengthens DENs internal talent pipeline, enhance leadership capacity, and support organizational effectiveness. The scope of work includes five key categories: Executive Coaching - one-on-one and small-group coaching for senior and mid-level leaders; Workshop and Strategic Facilitation - design and delivery of professional development trainings, team retreats, and planning sessions; Selection Committee Participation - serving as neutral reviewers to support leadership and fellowship candidate selection processes; General Professional Services - flexible support for emerging workforce needs such as culture-building, assessments, project management, and learning design; and The budget and fee structure are based on an all-inclusive flat fee model per session or engagement, as outlined in Exhibit B - Pricing Forms for each category. Fees include pre-facilitation planning, content development, delivery, and post-engagement reporting. Reimbursable costs such as travel or materials will require pre-approval by CEEA. The driving need for this procurement is to ensure DEN has timely access to qualified professional development partners who can provide agile, high-quality, and mission aligned training and leadership support throughout the year.
