Sealed bids are being accepted from pre-qualified Trade Contractors for FSUS Ballpark Complex Renovations under the following Bid Packages: Selective Demolition, Concrete, Unit Masonry, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Insulation, Metal Roof Panels & Gutters, Doors and Hardware, Gypsum Board Assemblies, Interior and Exterior Painting, Miscellaneous Specialties, Manufactured Exterior Specialties, Countertops, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Site Work and Grading. Electronic bid documents are provided via ProCore or email upon request. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for proposals over $100,000. All bids must be submitted in accordance with Instructions to Bidders and the Bid Requirements, including the Bid Packages. Southern Standard Construction aims to provide equal access to qualified Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (SMWBE) and encourages their participation. Southern Standard Construction reserves the right to waive irregularities and accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of FSU. All bidders must be pre-qualified prior to submitting a bid.
