**As of May 26th, 2026, this project has been recommended to be awarded to Cirillo Bors. Inc. for $398,532. ** The Town of Middletown is seeking a qualified contractor to perform limited reconstruction of road pavement, including milling, patching, and HMA overlay, and related work for Janvier Drive, Ashland Street, and Greenlawn Boulevard. The contract requires the provision of all labor, material, equipment, and other necessary resources to complete all work to the Town’s satisfaction. Bidders must ensure work is completed to the Town’s satisfaction on or before August 31, 2026. Complete digital bid documents are available by request. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified deadline. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, and to award the contract considered to be in their best interest.
