Sealed proposals are solicited for bridge maintenance services. All bids must comply with KYDOT specifications. This is not an exclusive contract and does not guarantee a specific amount of work; services will be utilized at the discretion of the Fiscal Court of Calloway County or its designee(s) on an as-needed basis. The contractor must furnish all necessary qualified personnel and equipment to provide the service with due diligence. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to declare a bidder unresponsive if there is not an adequate level of manpower and equipment to fulfill the contract or if the contractor cannot perform the requested work within the required timeframe. Bidders must complete, review, and sign the provided documents. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "BID - BRIDGE MAINTENANCE."
