The Calloway County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide weekly cleaning and janitorial services for County-owned buildings across Calloway County, Kentucky. The purpose is to maintain all County facilities in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition for employees and the public. The County operates multiple public buildings, including the Calloway County Courthouse, Annex, and Judicial Center, and reserves the right to add or remove buildings from the contract as needed. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Calloway County Judge/Executive's Office and marked for Cleaning & Building Maintenance Services. No fax or email submissions will be accepted. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered. The Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals and to waive irregularities as deemed in the County's best interest.
