Description

Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

This project is for the Expo Center Boiler Replacement. The project will consist of the complete demolition of the existing boiler and hot water piping system and installation of new natural gas fired heaters, make up air handlers (MUAs), exhaust fans, and building controls in the arena and surrounding support areas. Final completion shall be 120 calendar days Question Deadline 05/11/2026 Questions, Interpretations. All questions regarding the meaning or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall be directed in writing to the Purchasing Agent. Questions received less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids may not be answered.
