(a) Scope of Work. Except as otherwise stated in the Contract, Contractor shall furnish all the labor, equipment, materials, power, transportation, temporary construction, and supervision necessary for or incidental to the complete and timely performance of everything described in or reasonably implied from the Contract Documents (the "Work"). The Contractor shall be responsible for the Work, including supervision of the construction, until completion and Final Acceptance. The Contractor warrants that it is fully qualified to perform the Work in accordance with the professional standards of the industry and shall perform the Work in a first-class, workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the Town and in strict accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. (b) Knowledge of the Work. Before executing this Contract, the Contractor has become fully informed regarding the Work and any materials or equipment required, including the amount or quantity thereof. No adjustment or modification shall be allowed for any misunderstanding of the Work or of equipment or material requirements, or of the provisions contained in the Contract and in the other Contract Documents. The selection of materials and equipment for the Work shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents and the laws of Colorado. Reference Number 0000417893 The extent of the work is approximately as follows: The project consists of reconstructing Pine Drive north from Hilltop Road to Rodeo Circle plus improvements to Pine Drive south from Hilltop Road to Parker Square Drive. The scope of the work consists of but not limited to removal of concrete pavement (2,900 SY), unclassified excavation (1,100 CY), aggregate base course (1,100 CY), and hot mix asphalt (1,000 TON). In addition, there is associated traffic signal work, pavement markings, traffic control and erosion control. There is a schedule incentive/disincentive on this project.
