Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Parker, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a 8,800-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of installation of approximately 390 linear feet of irrigation main line, backflow preventors, a water meter, electrical infrastructure for irrigation controllers and an outlet including approximately 1,550 linear feet of conduit, approximately 8,800 square feet of rock mulch with weed barrier fabric, and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials in two medians and a tree lawn along Stroh Road. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount of at least five percent of the bid. The vendors can upload their bid bond when responding online. The bond will be retained by the Town as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into a contract and performance, payment, and maintenance bond in accordance with their bid when notified of the award. Addenda will be posted on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. Plan holders are responsible for revisiting the website before the due date to ensure they have any addenda that may have been issued after the initial download. The plan holder must certify their acknowledgment of the addendum by signing and returning it with their bid. In the event of conflict with the original contract documents, addenda shall govern to the extent specified. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of forty-five days after the time fixed for closing them. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, waive technical defects as the best interest of the Town may be served, may reject any and all bids, and shall award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as determined by the Owner.
