Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springfield, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes narrowing Sherman Street by relocating the curb line and constructing a 10-foot wide concrete multi-use side path along the west side of the street. Additional work consists of fence removal and replacement, driveway reconstruction, stormwater drainage improvements, pavement and curb removals, grading, erosion control, and site restoration To comply, the contractor shall submit the completed Contractor Questionnaire and/or Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire with attachments not later than seven (7) days prior to the date and hour of the bid opening. See Secs 101-103 of the Standard Specifications, and Rule 7 CSR 10-15.900, Prequalifications to Bid of Certain Contractors.
