The Texas Juvenile Justice Department is seeking qualified and experienced respondents to replace and install the Control Panel - Sally Port at the Evins State Juvenile Correctional Facility. The required vendor must have expertise in secure gate and access control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation within a correctional setting. Respondents must possess all necessary, current, and applicable licenses and certifications, and provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the services in compliance with TJJD requirements and applicable standards. Prospective bidders must attend one of two mandatory site visits as scheduled. Failure to attend a mandatory site visit will result in the bid or proposal being considered non-responsive.
