This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in the selection of an “Energy as a Service” procurement process and will be used to preselect a qualified group of suppliers, who will be invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Service Providers may be requested to demonstrate qualifications related to providing a range of services, either independently or in combination, that are related to the activation of facilities or prescribed areas following their construction or renovation. Such services include, but are not limited to, assisting with budgeting for Energy as a Service, providing generator sizes and equipment, and demand response parameters to be procured as part of a larger project to provide demand response/emergency generators that will support SCRB 1 and SCRB 2.
