Sealed bids are requested for East Parking Lot Expansion - Phase 5 - Construction. The project requires a contractor licensed in Tennessee to execute the work. Each bid must be accompanied by a 5% Bid Guarantee. The successful bidder must execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price, and meet the projects Small Business Participation Program goal of 13%. The bidder must sign a contract including federal provisions as applicable, such as Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis-Bacon, Affirmative Action, Debarment and Suspension, and Drug-Free Workplace. Bids must be submitted in the required format at the designated location by the stated deadline. All instructions for responding, including those for the Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit, are available online. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, technicalities, or omissions, and to reject responses on any other authorized basis. Discrimination is prohibited based on age, race, sex, color, national origin, disability, marital status, military service, or sexual orientation. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 If, during the bidding period Bidder finds discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or is in doubt as to meaning or intent of Contract Documents, notify the Owner or Engineer not less than seven (7) days prior to Bid Date.
