New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Lagrange, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,600-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Sealed bids are sought for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation needed for the new construction of a Maintenance Barn, which will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building of approximately 8,600 square feet. The location is to the east of the Lakeland Intermediate School and the building will serve as the primary maintenance and equipment storage facility for the Lakeland School Corporation. All work must comply with the plans, specifications, and intent prepared by the designated architecture and civil/landscape teams. Plans and specifications are available electronically or as printed copies, with the bidder responsible for printing costs if applicable. Each bid must include a five percent (5%) bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check, and the successful bidder will provide a one hundred percent (100%) labor and materials performance bond. All bidders must comply with applicable equal employment opportunity laws. Bids must be submitted using the provided bid form and additional requirements are included in the project manual. New seperate PEMB Structure that will house the school maintenance facilities. Project includes Earth work with new drive and building pad, along with site utility work. B.
