The Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) seeks quotes to inspect, verify, and replace all flexible joints in a pool basin and deck, including backer rod and sealants installation in expansion joints, along with all related collateral and miscellaneous work as per the design drawings. The contractor must perform a visual inspection of all pool basin and deck surfaces, verify all repair locations indicated on the drawings, identify any additional deficient areas, and clearly mark out all proposed repair locations in the field. All locations (both plan-identified and field-identified) must be reviewed and approved by the Parks Director’s Representative prior to any repairs. The contractor is required to submit all product data, materials, and repair methods for approval before starting work. All work must be completed within 10 days of the issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders are requested to make Good Faith Efforts to include MWBE/SDVOB vendors where subcontracting is available and must be able to document these efforts if requested.
