Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for tenant improvements for the Agency’s existing facility located at 3750 Wentworth Drive, Hemet, California. To be considered for the award, bidders shall have at least five (5) years of relevant project experience and possess a state of California Class “A” or “B” Contractor’s license. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the bidder and any of the bidder’s subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of the bid submittal.
