The County of Riverside is seeking sealed bids for Fiscal Year 26/27 Cold Planning Pavement Milling Services on behalf of the Transportation Land Management Agency (TLMA). The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, equipment, tools, supervision, services, transportation, waste disposal, and facilities necessary to complete the work. Date: May 14, 2026 Time: No later than 1:30 p.m. The Contractor shall furnish all travel, parts, labor, materials, rentals, equipment, disposal, transportation, and supervision to perform cold milling (0.10' & Full-Depth milling) of existing asphalt concrete on various roads in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, in accordance with the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, the attached listing of project streets (see Attachment C), and as directed by the County's engineer. i. 2022 edition of the Standard Specifications of the State of California Department of Transportation, hereafter called "Standard Specifications" are incorporated herein. ii. The contractor shall perform cold milling (0.10' & Full-Depth milling) of existing asphalt concrete on various roads in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, in accordance with the Standard Specifications the attached listing of project streets (see Attachments C-1 & C-2), and as directed by the County's engineer. iii. Contractor shall cooperate and coordinate the operations with the County crews and County's engineer. iv. The work will be divided among the various County areas as indicated in Attachments C-1 & C-2; Each street will be considered its own project and may be scheduled to be cold milled independently. The Contractor shall be provided with written notice five (5) working days prior to commencement of said work for any given County area. v. NOTE: Two working days shall be allowed per phase per area.
