Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construct the medical gas (MEDGAS) system at the Crownpoint Hospital in accordance with the revised construction design completed in 2024. Work includes implementing the updated medical gas infrastructure and complying with the complete medical code update report to be provided with the RFP. All construction shall be executed in accordance with project plans and specifications detailed in Section C of the solicitation. Location: Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Highway 371, Crownpoint, NM 87313 CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
