Renovation of a mixed-use development in Crownpoint, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construct a new medical gas (MEDGAS) system at the Crownpoint Hospital in accordance with the revised construction design completed in 2024 and the medical code update report to be provided with the request for proposals. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and construction services necessary to complete the medical gas system upgrade in support of Indian Health Service healthcare operations. A full scope of work, plans and specifications, and applicable construction wage determination will be included in the solicitation. The project will be performed under a single firm-fixed-price construction contract in accordance with FAR Part 36 procedures, using lowest price technically acceptable evaluation criteria, with a period of performance of 120 calendar days from notice to proceed. The anticipated magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
