The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, components, labor, supervision, and incidental services necessary to complete the renovation of the ENT procedure rooms. The work includes comprehensive general construction activities such as demolition, alterations, and upgrades to architectural elements, as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the contract specifications and design drawings and executed in two distinct phases. Construction activities are required to be performed during off-hours between 5:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. to support ongoing medical center operations. The contractor shall coordinate phasing, sequencing, and safety measures to ensure continuity of care and compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The total period of performance is 364 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
