The work includes construction of approximately 1,900 linear feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk improvements with associated grading, driveway, and right-of-way restoration, and replacement of two 5 HP submersible pumps at Lift Station 12. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum basis. Bidders must be licensed to engage in contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board. One original copy of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bid number. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
