**As of May 13, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are solicited for the Geauga County Courthouse Annex Masonry Restoration & Roof Replacement. Bids must be made on the forms provided and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked for the project. A certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or a bid bond is required as a guarantee. Prevailing wage rates apply. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond in the full amount of the contract. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Plans and specifications can be obtained from the Geauga County Maintenance Department. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject any or all bids.
