Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Abbotsford, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
In general, the Project consists of constructing a concessions/press box building. Facility construction includes cast in place concrete, masonry and precast veneer, wood framing, wood casework with steel counters, metal roofing and cladding, hollow metal doors, sectional doors, counter doors, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, and toilet partitions. Plumbing work includes food prep sinks, restroom fixtures, electric water heater. Sitework includes earthwork, concrete paving, sanitary, storm, water distribution, extend electric and communications to new building. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. Doc Notes : Hardcopy Bidding Documents may be picked up at HSR Associates office. Bidders may request shipment of hardcopies by sending a check made out to HSR Associates in the amount of $20.00. The shipping fee will not be refunded and must be received prior to shipment. Award is subject to final approval.
