Remodeling of an educational facility in Mission, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

La Joya Independent School District is requesting proposals from interested and qualified vendors to provide services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications established within this solicitation. Interested vendors must log in to the La Joya I.S.D. e-Bidding website to view the respective solicitation documents and submit their proposal electronically by the deadline. Vendors are required to register using the district's e-Bidding website. There is no vendor fee to use this service. Vendors can access the "Online Bidding and Vendor Registration" link found on the Purchasing Department website to register. A "Vendor Registration Guide" is available for assistance with the online vendor registration process. Any questions or inquiries related to this solicitation must be made no later than April 18, 2026. The District will select the proposal(s) that provide(s) the best value in accordance with the awarding criteria contained in this solicitation. Please refer to the "Attachments," "Attributes," "Line Items," and "Response Attachments" tabs for additional information pertaining to this proposal. The term for this proposal is from School Board approval date through August 1, 2026. The project entails floor replacement at Garza Elementary. Approximate Square Footage: Hallways: 24,100 sq. ft. Offices: 3,000 sq. ft. Classrooms: 44,640 sq. ft. Cafeteria/Kitchen: 6,300 sq. ft. (Eating Area & Stage Only) Gym: 180 sq. ft. (Coaches Office Only) Floor Replacement The vendor agrees to replace the floor in the interior of the building. This includes the following areas: hallways, offices, classrooms, cafeteria/kitchen, and gym. Please note the Library is not included. The vendor shall be responsible for the removal of the existing floor and the placement of the new floor. The vendor is also responsible for providing all labor, materials required to place the new floor, tools, and plant and equipment, etc., required for completion of the work in all respects.
