Renovation of an educational facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves the reroofing of Fairview Elementary. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing roof, installation of a new roof and accessories, modifications to existing HVAC rooftop equipment, repairs to EIFS, and other ancillary tasks necessary for a complete project. Bidders are required to submit their proposals by the specified date and must include a 5% bid bond for proposals greater than $100,000. Bids must be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, as well as the requirements outlined in the Construction Manager's Manual. Only licensed bidders at the time of bid submission will be considered. All small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises, as well as subcontractors from the Greater River Valley and neighboring areas, are encouraged to participate.
