On-Call Roof & Gutter Cleaning Services A Bid Bond will not be required for this solicitation. The County is seeking to award multiple contracts, as determined by the County, to the responsive and responsible Bidders(s) whose Bid(s) the County determines is most advantageous to the County based on lowest priced bids for items described in this ITB. Multnomah County strongly encourages the participation of Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Emerging Small Businesses and Organizations in providing these services. The contract term shall be for five (5) years. Event Pre-Bid Meeting Notes : This pre-bid conference will NOT be a walk-through of the site/s. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to provide training on how to navigate the MMP system and how to submit your bid. The County will also be answering technical questions. However, all questions in regards to the Sourcing Event must be submitted through the Q & A board to be considered binding. Attendance is Optional.
