Sealed bids will be received for the Whisperwood Plats 2 & 3 Improvements. Each bid must include the full names of all parties making the bid, an affidavit as to interested parties, and, for corporations not chartered in Ohio, a certificate authorizing the corporation to do business in Ohio. Each bid must be accompanied by either a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount (100%) of the Bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, payable to the Owner. The bid guaranty secures the Owner's interest if the successful bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Bond and insurance certificates within ten days of notification of the award. Copies of the Contract Documents are available at Becker Impressions and must be purchased to be considered a responsive bidder. Only bids from contractors listed on the Plan Holders List will be considered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and accept any bid deemed most favorable.
