Sealed bids are invited for the M&G Building Temperature Control Upgrade at Montana Technological University in Butte, MT (A&E #2025-06-03). Bids must be submitted using the provided form. Contract documents can be obtained from CDS Engineering at 7540 Churchill Road, Manhattan, MT 59741, with an electronic copy available at no cost. A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled; attendance is strongly recommended. Bids must include a bid security equal to 10% of the total bid amount. After award, the successful bidder must provide approved Performance Security and Labor & Material Payment Security, each for 100% of the contract value. No bid may be withdrawn for at least thirty calendar days after receipt, except as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine irregularities or informalities.
