The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting proposals from qualified Engineers for the rehabilitation of Basin Creek Park. Respondents must demonstrate registration in the State of Montana or be able to register. The successful respondent must comply with all applicable federal regulations and requirements, including but not limited to Section 3 Clause, Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Orders 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards, and the Civil Rights Act. The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow reserves the right to negotiate an agreement based on fair, reasonable, and competitive rates, reject any or all proposals, and accept the proposal deemed in its best interest. The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow is requesting sealed Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the rehabilitation of Basin Creek Park. The respondent must demonstrate that it is duly registered in the State of Montana or be able to register.
