Sealed Bids For The Replacement Of Asphalt In Butte-Silver Bow Sealed bids are requested for the replacement of asphalt for projects located in Butte-Silver Bow. All bids must be accompanied by an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate of the bid proposed, which can be in the form of lawful monies of the United States, a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order or bank draft drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Montana, or a bid bond executed by a surety corporation authorized to do business in the State of Montana. These securities will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the contract requirements are not entered into within fifteen days after the date of award. Each bidder is required to have a business license prior to acceptance of the bid. Federal excise, local, or state tax should not be included as Butte-Silver Bow is exempt. Montana Prevailing Wage rates shall apply. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable Federal Regulations and Requirements, including but not limited to the Equal Opportunity Clause, Executive Order 11246 and 11624, Federal Labor Standards, and Civil Rights Act.
